This is just a notification to let you know that we’ve received your support request and that it has been moved to a separate support queue to be answered. There was a hardware failure on your hosting server and we are moving it over to a new server now. We’re in the process of copying data over to the new machine and are serving all data from our backup server to the new hardware. During this process, the data on the backup server will be mounted directly over NFS to allow all services to remain online for the duration of the restoration.
It may take us a little longer than usual for us to get back to your specific support request, but rest assured, we are doing all that we can to keep the server running smoothly while the restore process completes. There may be some periods of slowness or inaccessibility, but our admin team is on hand to work on any issues that may arise. We will do our best to keep you updated with information either via email or by an announcement posted in your web panel until this process is complete. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact support and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and thank you for your patience as we try to resolve these issues with your server.
