I am going to vote they are full of it on the ink claims. Maybe if the laser uses a non high-capacity cartridge and the Epson uses a HC one……maybe. Also you would probably have to print in such low quality that you would never use it and therefore never see the savings.
I have a color laser. I have replaced my toner once in almost 2 years where i would be refilling my inkjet at least every other month. I also buy aftermarket supplies because using the ridiculously priced ink from the manufacturer isn’t worth it.
I vote for color laser. Over time, it will easily make up the upfront cost in ink savings.
Okay, so I’m going to put you down as a “maybe.”
Maybe.
LOL All I know is I never want to go back to an inkjet again after getting this color laser. A little more up front but so much cheaper over life.
